At this time we are unable to accept returns.

Please know our Mink Lashes and Lip Glosses exempt from being returned due to hygiene purposes.

Refunds (if applicable) 
If your item was returned due to an incorrect address provided at check out. You will be refunded for cost of goods minus shipping through a gift card or store credit. If you were offered free shipping at time of purchase, shipping and return cost will be deducted.

 

Order Cancellation 
We are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed because we process orders immediately after it has been placed. We always encourage customers to please be sure of their ordering decision before an order is placed.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

•  Cut off the little corners of the lash strip to prevent them from sticking you in the eyes!
• You can also cutpieces from each side of the lashes to adjust to your eyesize, if needed. (Cut to a Moderation)
• Keep your #Slaycase that your lashes came in, to store your lashes in when they're not being worn.
• With great lash maintenance, you will get 15-20 wears. So take care of your #SlayMinks!
